At MANQ, we strive for satisfaction with every purchase. If you have an issue with your order, please review the following guidelines and contact us directly.
1. Claims for Damaged or Defective Products
If your product is misprinted, damaged, or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and description of the issue. If your claim is approved, we will issue a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
2. Lost in Transit
If a package is lost during shipping, contact us no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Approved claims will be refunded or replaced free of charge.
3. Refunds
Once your refund is approved, a credit will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days. Refund processing times may vary based on your payment provider.
4. Exemptions from Refunds and Replacements

Incorrect Address: You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. If the package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will need to cover reshipment costs.

Unclaimed Packages: Shipments returned due to being unclaimed are not eligible for refund unless reshipment is paid.

Buyer’s Remorse: We do not accept returns or provide refunds for buyer’s remorse.

Customs Rejection: We are not responsible for packages returned due to customs refusal. It is your responsibility to verify your country’s import regulations.

Canceled Orders After Fulfillment: Once an order is in production, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

5. Missing Refunds
